Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A Shipping and Restocking fee of $10 will be deducted from your refund amount.  

To start a return, log into your account here and follow the instructions to generate your pre-paid return shipping label. 

We are not responsible for risk of loss or damage during return shipment. Any item(s) returned not in original condition will be returned to you.

International Returns
We are happy to accept International returns.  Customer is responsible for return shipping.  Please request return via our return portal here. Once accepted, please ship your order back to our warehouse:

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

All sales are final on all Vintage Denim.


Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges right now. If you wish to get a different size or color, we recommend that you return your original item for store credit and make a separate purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
